InfoPrint Manager 4.5:
Change Page Range to Process (or page-select) is a way to reprint specific pages of a job and is supported by the following DSS's: AIX DSS (InfoPrint Manager/AIX), CUPS DSS (nfoPrint Manager/Linux), Passthrough DSS (Infoprint Manager/Win), PSF, and Email.
Good to Know: · Change Page Range to Process is NOT supported for PDF files, only PCL or PS files for AIX, CUPS, and Passthrough DSSs. · Page-select is a document-level attribute so does not work for multi-document jobs that may have been submitted with a Job Ticket from InfoPrint Submit Express. · For AIX, CUPS, and Passthrough, the page-select attribute works only when using InfoPrint Manager pioinfo and piorpdm backends. · This function is not shown in the Administrator or Operator GUI by default. You will need to customize your GUI (Options….Customize…Job Tab…Actions; find Change Page Range to Process and check the Menu and Toolbar boxes).
You can look for the page-select-supported attribute for actual destinations of the above DSS types in the Administration GUI (default value is numeric). InfoPrint Manager compares the document attribute page-select to this attribute for validation and scheduling.
You can find information and usage guidelines for page-select and page-select-supported attributes in the InfoPrint Manager Reference guide or the InfoCenter (http://info.rpp.ricoh-usa.com/help/index.jsp).
