RICOH InfoPrint Manager V4.9.1 – Now Available

InfoPrint Manager V4.9.1 (EFIGSJ) became available on April 19th. Note that for any trial requests, the customer will receive V4.9.1, on a 60-day trial basis. To request a trial, go to this URL: ricohsoftware.com/trial_request. Official launches: March for RA, and May for RUSA/RE/RJ. For internal users, be sure to include 'ricoh' as part of the e-mail address to automatically be approved.
Customer feedback about 4.9 has been very positive, with confirmation that the Web GUI is sufficiently able to replace the Java-based Admin and Oper GUIs, and with so many people working remote, customers are very interested switching to it.

- DE37992: Cold backup license is not verified before entering to grace mode when fingerprint changes on the server.
- DE37965: ISMU cannot restore auxiliary sheets ending up in error "5010-565 Clean and disable destinations associated with object none in server."
- DE38178: AFP files containing image with tiles and missing relative resolution value result in error when transformed by the AFP2PDF transformer or when using the Web GUI job view function.
- DE38263: InfoPrint Manager on Linux High Availability cluster cannot start CUPS service when running as non-root.
